Allow one-handed mace skins to work on sceptres again.

I thought it was a bug at first but after a long while of being ignored on the forums I decided to email support.



They confirmed that one-handed mace skins will just NOT work on sceptres going forward in PoE2, so you'll have to buy entirely new skins specifically for them.

This is a big kick in the dick for people like myself who only bought the one-handed mace skins I own specifically to use on sceptres.
