[FEEDBACK] Uniques Need Overhauled

Boost all the unused uniques and make higher level versions of the low level ones and make lower level versions of more of the high level uniques, it should not feel bad when a unique drops.
Right now it feels really bad if its not one of a handful of chase uniques which should remain chase but the rest shouldnt be so trash they r worse then magic items most of the time.
Feels real bad man.

Uniques are laughably bad. We want actual build enabling or useful uniques.

Maligros is good.
Heart of the well is good

Trash uniques no one uses dropping in tier 15 maps is really dumb.
