[FEEDBACK] Map Juicing and Portal Fix.

Add a 0-100% rarity bonus thats rolled when the map is opened.
Make portal numbers randomized aswell with a greater chance for more portals the less mods on your waystone but again not rolled till you open the map.
This way every map could potentially hold that extra juice n security.
