CI die with full energy shield, no bypass, no lifecost, white mana flask

I die, with full energy shield, not in first encounter, but after sometime.

My mana flask is white,


Something bypass my energy shield and kill me. Someone in chat say that CI don't grant poison immunity that's why you die with it.

But description literally say chaos imminity and bleeding.
Poison is chaos over time damage.

In stats i see chaos resistance in percantages, not immunity.

ok it was Berserk, spirit gem, this thing can kill you if you have zero life regen.
