GGG please give us more options for Video Settings

Please optimise some of the settings on older hardware as well.

We should be able to choose from settings the intensity for things such as burning ground (i don't need to see a real render of a fire), delirium and other environment effects that cut down the FPS.

There have been so many instances when mapping or in a boss fight when the game freezes for 1/2s and dead on resume, it gets quite tiring.
