Chimeral Inscribed Ultimatum disappearing

Greetings.

So the Chimeral Inscribed Ultimatum is the quest item required to open the second ascendency trial (Temple of Chaos).

While I am not sure if this is a bug or a "feature", this item disappears if the players logs out or gets disconnected while the items is in the statue/altar.

I failed my ascention due skill issue as well as my toddler waking up (I am playing during night time while my children are sleeping), so I went to put him back to bed. When I returned I was exhausted and had forgotten I still had the item in the statue, so I just logged off and even forgot about my ascendency entirely until I was in Act 4 and realized I must have missed it.

As you can imagine, the quest item is long gone and I have not been lucky enough to loot a spare. I asked in global, but since it is so late in the league people just kinda trolled about and forgot about it (asking for divs, but I have not been lucky enough to even seen any divs yet since I am in act 4).

So yeah, you might wanna make a failsafe for this item for people who fail and log off (like me), or have a very unfortunate disconnect. Or maybe you don't. I have no idea if it is a bug or a "feature." For now, I guess I am going to attempt to get a new one somehow. Chimera does obviously not drop a new one.
