Disregard

I defeated Igdagnuk in act 3 as usual, and the Gembloom Skull dropped as expected. I didn't bother to consume it right away, heading instead to the Well of Souls to desecrate something, but the skull then disappeared from my inventory.

Her icon is not crossed out on the quest map, but after defeating her three more times in multiple instances, including this morning after waiting overnight and rebooting the game, it still will not spawn again.

I know you can't sell or stash quest items, so I'm really not 100% sure what happened to it, and I have no idea how to get it back at this point.

EDIT: I'm a damn fool lol. It went into my secret Titan pocket.
