Atalui's Bloodletting bugged with Channeling Skills

Atalui's Bloodletting - "Skill Mana Costs Converted to Life Costs, Supported Skills Gain 2% of Damage as extra Physical Damage per 10 Life cost"

The issue is Channeling skills like Resonating Shield get no damage increase whatsoever (and all the other channeling skills as well).

The damage increase isn't displayed in the tooltips and it isn't reflected in the actual damage either, i tested it on how many hits it takes to destroy a shield wall.

It only works on non-channeling skills.


Plz GGG i beg you, get channeling skills some love, i farmed my ass off at league start to get Constricting Command Helm just to find out Defy II was and still is bugged with Resonating Shield (mana bug) and now i wasted weeks of grinding to get Atalui's Bloodletting (costing 13 divines) just to find out Resonating Shield is bugged with it as well.

I'm now thinking of quitting, nothing works with Channeling skills and you will just ignore this bug as well like you did with Defy II that is still bugged from league start.
