Feedback After 900 Hours of HC SSF

Hey GGG and all the POE 2 fans,

I jotted down a bunch of notes during last league and this one and wanted to share the random thoughts that popped into my head. I played the entire first 2 leagues on Witch and then Sorc for Third Edict so a lot of my feedback is related to those 2 classes. I've also never played outside of HC SSF so my view of the game is entirely from that playstyle. I also played an insane amount of D2 LoD when I was a kid. So thanks for finally making a true successor to D2 LoD. :)

Here we go in no particular order.

POE 2 Musings:

- Maps that are more like dungeon dives where you travel downwards through the dungeon like D2 Act 1 tower with a boss at the bottom (or even travelling down to Andariel)

- More thematically appropriate sets for each class (I really want a Nightreign style Recluse set for my Witch/Sorc)

- Sheesh, just copy and paste this into the game and I'll give you all the moneys

- Things I want to spend money on. Cosmetics that are locked behind challenges or cosmetic drops. Buying cosmetics feels bad, I prefer to earn gear that's a reward after some hard challenge.

- I really wish POE2 had set items that you could collect and use as leveling sets for your alt characters to speed up the Act 1 to 6 grind and some high levels sets that were decent but not the pinnacle of gear. I really enjoyed the novelty of having set items to look out for that were also lore based from D2 LoD.

- Frost/fire/lighting elemental summons for sorceress via Scepter. I find the safest playstyle for HC SSF is to just have some summons to take the heat off. So on my Sorc I'm just using a Rattling Scepter in my off hand which isn't thematically appropriate for the class.

- Golems for Witch (mud, clay, stone, iron, etc.)

- Chase drop cosmetics with special effects.

- Setting to move the boss/monster health bar UI elements to the bottom of the screen and scale them down or up. There are many times when my character is covered up by the UI.

- Spell transparency settings for performance/visibility tuning.

- Pets pick up gold for you as well as Sekhemas water and maybe some future stuff. I played a ton of Lost Ark and they had this as an active benefit of pets which I actually liked as a QOL.

- Upgrade the spells that are on weapons. Allow different spells to be socketed into weapons?

- When you complete a tower, have the camera pan out to show the animation of the tower powering up. (I wrote this in last league so it's cool to see this added!)

- Rattlecage targeting is all wonky in Trial of the Sekhemas.

- I miss my HC death ghosts. Maybe add a graveyard for HC characters. This was also a thing in Darkest Dungeon that I liked.

- PvE Exiles seem kind of weak.

- I wish Eye of Winter was spammable so I could relive my Frozen Orb sorc days. I'm hoping the 15 second cooldown gets deleted so I can drop a bunch of elements down on the ground and then fire Eye of Winter through it as my DPS rotation.
