iron refelxes did not count evasion rating increassing

It seems that iron reflexes did not count the evasion rating increasing. I test it by sevaral 15% evasion rateing point in the skill tree, and found that it did nothing to final armour if I equip the iron reflexes.

Stat Conversion
Converting stat A to stat B applies the base value of stat A to stat B instead. The converted stat scales with percentage modifiers to stat B, but not with percentage modifiers to stat A.

Thanks for reply. I rember that iron reflexes benefits from armour and evasion increasing both in poe1, just don't count dex.
And I test iron reflexes about three weeks ago, it seems that the evasion increasing can be stacked up to the final armour.I test it for the Goregirdle belt, it double times the armour,show final value in the panel correctly at that time, and now it also lost the efect, did nothing to the armour value(at least on the panel).

That's why I am confusing. Maybe it was bug three weeks ago, and GGG fixed it in the latest update.

Now the the final armour is just half of evasion, and armour is the worst defense type in the game. Confusing, what's the point of iron reflexes? GGG needs to fix it back.
