Citadel Bosses BUGGED??

What's going on with these citadel bosses? I got Doryani stuck in 1st phase for 10 minutes in an endless cycle of him attempting to phase.... Not to mention I need 100 Million dps to kill? WHAT?!! Not even arbiter requires that much dmg to be killed.... Holy molly.

My requiem is doing around 10 Million dps which lasts about 12 seconds.... still not enough to kill a citadel boss in one go... LOL?!

Iron citadel..... LMAO what happened to this boss? If you are not attacking him from range on the edge of the area you always get one shot...... Not to mention he will occasionally enter a phase where he is un-targetable yet will still let out a few one shot abilities in the middle of phasing...? This I Truely do not understand.

Did someone accidently put an additional number xxx when buffing these citadel bosses health bars? We dont all do billions of dmg....
