Terracotta soldier spectre spirit cost displays very wrong value

Binding a terracotta soldier spectre with lv18 gem, the ground value shows 13 spirit, but once bound it shows 53 spirit. It's my understanding there were 3 different types of soldier, so this would be the middle tier one that I've bound. I'm guessing that only one type of soldier is now bind-able, but the ground value is showing it wrong, like the original low spec soldier.
