Kalisa's Crescencdo and Hexbloom Bugged

When using a curse, in my case Temporal Chains, with Kalisa's Crescendo and Hexbloom support, when you kill a creature and the hex spreads, it spreads with zero curse effect. Monsters go from 70% slowed from the initial curse to 0% slowed from the spread caused by Hexbloom. When you remove Kalisa's Crescendo, the curse spreads as it should with the correct slow magnitude. Thanks!

I think it doesnt work at all.
0% of current curse is bugged for blasphemy/curse ground/self cast.
I was expecting debuff icon on mobs, but none
