Windows 11 24h2 + Amd X3D

Hey I remember the last time I played in phrecia there was an issue with Windows 11 24h2 build and amd x3d cpus that would hard freeze your pc when going into load screens, I'm wondering if anyone who used to have this issue can confirm if the issue has been fixed fully as I am wanting to play the new league and not have to worry about hard freezes. I haven't been able to find anyone fully confirming that it has been patched so if anyone can help put my mind at peace would be greatly appreciated.
