PoE2 – Disconnect when entering my own maps (map device instance bug)

Hi GGG Support,

I’m playing Path of Exile 2 (patch 0.3.1), and I’m having a consistent issue:
I try to enter a map that I open from my hideout, as soon as i enter and start loading I immediately get disconnected with the msg Failed to connect to instance. This strated happening around 06.10.2025 this date more or less.

The portals appear normally, but clicking any of them kicks me to the login screen.
My friends can enter those maps without a problem, and I can enter maps they open. This happens even if im not in a group btw. Even happened in champaign but there i could reset instance / new instance so it fixes it.

I’ve already tried:

Switching regions

Changing hideouts

Switching gateways

Verifying and reinstalling the game

Deleting cache folders

It seems my map device instance or Atlas state is corrupted.
Could you please reset my map device instance for my account?
