DC after 2nd trial completed without getting my ascendancy

I completed my 2nd ascendancy trial and after spawning the loot and collecting a couple pieces the game disconnected (was in discord when this occurred so not an internet issue) and when I came back in I was at the beginning of the trial and it is marked as incomplete and my ultimatum consumed. Normally I wouldn't open a ticket for something random like this but I went to purchase a 2nd Ultimatum for my level from the market and they are prohibitively expensive (Orb of Annulment or Divine Orb for level 39-40 and mine was level 38). I'm curious if there is anything you can or will do for this. I appreciate it.
