Specific player talking in chat/whispering crashes the game

Ive been crashing all day.. Tried everything, nothing helped.. Started to look at logs and then I realized something, every single time this particular player talks, I crash.. Log:

And like that, there is at least 20 entries of him talking and my game just crashing immediately.. Just in case I tried /dnd and going to another channel.. Game stopped crashing.

Why is a player talking crashing my game? Besides the fact that this opens up a HUGE issue of griefing (This also happened with another player I was whispering to buy an item, I thought it was the action of whispering him but now I think its because he was actually inviting me to party what was causing the crash)

Please note that the " ุุุุุุุ" after navali's name was not added by me.. Its in the logs, Idk if its relevant but its the only name in my log with that pattern.

Confirmed whisper also causes the crash... We just tried it with navali
