Hi i got permanently this Quest active and canot end it. Return to Zolin to tel him of your triumph

Haw i can end this quest i cant speak wit her in my hideout or any town

I am having the same issue, Zolin is not talking to me about my quest turn in even though my quest says to talk to Zolin.
