Extreme Latency/Freezing After Teleport

When I teleport to a new location (map, hideout, etc.) I often experience extremely high latency and cannot move at all. This happens about 3-4 times out of every 10 teleports. The only temporary fix is to close the game and restart it. I have tried using different servers, but none of them solved the issue.

I also noticed in global chat that many other players are experiencing this exact same problem. Please look into and resolve this issue immediately.

I do have the same problem after 0.3.1b patch latency skyrockets when I teleport/join a new instance tried tons of different things none worked so far...

Waiting for a hotfix ASAP, game is unplayable atm...
