DC'd from map (common) but lost all the stuff I looted as well

Been disconnected plenty of times, most the time it gets you back in the map and when it doesnt well at least you picked up all the good stuff along the way. Had 2 omen of lights that run and when I loaded back in everything I looted that run was also gone from my inventory. First time its happened to me

Ok this just happened again. After almost 1k hours it had never happened now it happened twice in a handful of runs, all the stuff I looted during the run disappeared from my inventory
