Flicker Strike only adds 1 combo regardless of strikes

Hello! It seems like flicker strike is bugged based on the way that it reads. It strikes additional times per power charge, however despite however many times it strikes, it builds only 1 combo. This is counter to how I expect it to work, and also not consistent how other abilities work that strike multiple times. For example, whirling assault builds many combo because it strikes multiple times, and therefore I would expect Flicker strike to work similarly when used with power charges (1 combo for each strike).
