Ancestral Cry not counting as a buff

The ability doesn't get slowed down by temporal chains, or the notable "Prolonged Assault" that adds 10% to buff durations. Ancestral Cry is tagged as a buff and should work with these effects.Screenshot 2025-10-11 at 8.16.58 PM
