BUG: Gem Video Preview is cutoff

There is a GEM (Spell) preview video, but this video in the "Tooltip" is cut off.

Feature request (on top of it):
- Let us watch the preview video of a spell all the time, not only when we can create the Spell...

That way, new players can watch the skill and plan to get it, even if they do not have the Uncut Gem yet!
