Prism Of Disbelief Does not work specifically the one with +3 to arc it gives no damage to tooltip.. I am hoping this gets fixed till then im not gonna be using this..

Put jewel in, leave your hideout, check tooltip

There is a hard cap of lvl 40 on any skill. You might not be able to get the skill any higher.
