[FEEDBACK] Fix Rarity Before Its Too Late.

Make rarity on gear apply only to item drops n gold, so if u stack gear rarity u get less currency but better items n more gold, this way its a tradeoff not just the obvious thing.


Fix rarity before ppl demand it be removed.
