Please get rid of this rarity meta or reduce it from 150% to 100%

the difference is staggering from my testing and playing. I've done over 100 maps on my sorc (150% rarity) and on my monk (108%) rarity. My sorc finds RAW divines 1-2 per map on average, my monk has a hard time evn dropping a few chaos.

From my testing, playing the game with anything less than 150% rarity is a complete waste of time if you're trying to maximize your returns.

The juicing tablet formula is very easy, same as maps. But the rarity on gear has to be either reduced or adjusted because not every class can have 150% rarity on gear.

keep it, reduce to 100 is fine tho - same reduction should apply to party bonus AT MINIMUM - it's already busted in its current state..

removing rarity is an over simplification of an issue that doesn't exist. if we want more loot, spec rarity, if we want more res, spec res... list goes on. If this is removed, why play for 24/7 bad loot guaranteed unless you're in a 6 man with 50+ IIR. gotta make note that streamers don't complain about how busted party rarity is...

I don't know who streamers are maybe it's an american thing or european thing. But my friend put me onto it and I actually equipped 166% rarity on my sorc (thanks to ingenuity). The outcome was just mind blowing. I went from finding a div every 4-5 maps to finding every single map, even rare runes dropped that are worth 8-10divines.

On my monk im running 108% because I can't fit anywhere anymore, and mapping feels almost useless.

Mind you, Im using the same tablet formula/waystone formula on both. I have no experience with party rarity but, 150% on gear makes a tremendous difference and it's very eye opening.

right, so why remove it if all ascendancies (probably) can get away with 100 rarity just fine?

That's great news and I see no problem here.

The way to solve the puzzle of rarity gear is different for various build and this is good for the game. It makes you sacrifice/think about how to construct your build around it.

Deleting it would be a terrible mistake.

Soft capping it to 100 is fine to me. I like the current way at 150 but maybe it becomes too complex for some players to solve that problem for their gear for some classes.

For my minion build it was a really difficult puzzle because I do not use ingenuity and my helmet cannot really have rarity for the mods im looking for. I had to fine tune it on every single piece of gear to arrive at 148.

It's part of the fun to me. Because once you have everything and beat all the content, what else is to do unless you like making a new character?

I prefer that it is difficult to gear up around it. Soft capping it at 100 would be extremely easy to work around since most builds would cap it to 100 only with their rings.

I honestly think 150 is the correct amount but I would be fine with 100 being the new soft cap.
