whole pc freezes and need forced shiut down

when playing poe2 my whole pc randomly freezs and evrything stops sometimes whith loud noise in headphones sometilmes whitout. a forced shutdown is mandatory after that. it happens only whith poe2. tried everything even reinstalled windows

after a lot of thinking and testing it turn out that e cores in my processor re not supported whith poe2 game client. i had to completly disable them from bios. no more crashes. ggg plz fix this in game client
