[Performace issues] Unplayable since last patch

I'm not sure if anyone has similar issues, but I cannot finish one map without dying. The game is hanging all the time, I lost almost 70% of lvl just because the game wasn't responding and my character wasn't moving. It's ridiculous, I haven't had this issue before and I've played since release.
It's not like I'm playing on potato.
