Bosses not giving rewards

Hello there,

first I was thinking is a bad luck, but main bosses do not gimme more than gem or two and no more. Also Ultimatum does not give me any weapons nor any other rewards besides of soul core.
It is my second playthrough. New season. Previous work normally. In the first one I had no mirrors in the map. Ever!
My game starts way to slow compare to previous starts.

Any help? I dont know.
