Varloch, The Ashen Lord not in arena and softlock

After clearing the 1st floor of the stage I enter the Boss Arena.
The Boss Arena has Abyssals Pits but the map is not influenced by Abyss.
Avelyne, the Withered Rose is killed swiflty and I search Valorch to find him in a room disconected from the Arena. I cannot leave the arena. Returning to login screen changes nothing. I can't TP out.

I have to exit the game for 15-20 minutes to get the map device clear and map failed.
