Requiem is Still Cancelled by Buffs and Debuffs and I'm Frustrated by the Lack of Response

Dear GGG,

Could you please implement some sort of feedback system when someone reports a bug. I’ve been playing a Last Lament Lich build, and have been suffering through the Requiem debuff bug since the beginning of this league. I’ve posted about it, as have numerous other people. I’ve never seen anyone get an official reply. So, you spend a lot of money on a build, it’s critically flawed, and you can’t even get someone to acknowledge the issue. You basically just waste your time and words posting here, having no idea if anyone reads or gives a shit about your issues.

Of course, I’m talking about the bug that cancels Requiem whenever a buff or debuff occurs. My build uses Galvanic Shards for about 20,000 DPS, which I use for map clearing. And I use Requiem, which has almost 1.5 million DPS, for bossing. So, when I start fighting a boss and the boss debuffs me 1 second into my Requiem, I lose 99% of my damage. Or, if I need refresh my energy shield with my life flask, I lose 99% of my damage, meaning I have to chose between living or having enough damage to potentially kill the boss.

Yes, basically, if anything buffs or debuffs, I lose my Requiem and am stuck with just Galvanic Shards, which does almost no appreciable damage to a strong boss. So, I have to run around in circles waiting for the Requiem to recharge, while the boss is trying to one-shot me, and then, once I get the Requiem working again, I may then just lose it immediately to a buff or debuff again.

I can hardly express how much this experience sucks. And, meanwhile, you highlight Sowsa build, which has this flaw. And we post in this forum over and over, and the bug never gets fixed. And you just have to hope that someone’s actually reading your post, but you really have no idea whether you’re just wasting your time or not. I realize that we’re willingly acting as your guinea pigs during early access, but you could at least implement a system where you have some idea if someone is listening or not. I’ve waited almost a month and a half for this problem to be addressed, and I still have no idea if anyone at GGG is even aware of it or interested.

I’m finally dumping this build, which I didn’t want to do. I should probably dump the whole game as well, but the fact is I like it too much to quit. But there should be some way of getting feedback on a build-breaking problem. And, no, I haven’t contacted support, because every indication I’ve found says that this type of thing should be addressed in the bug forum. Besides which, whenever I contact support, they very quickly and good-naturedly tell me they can’t help me.

Let’s face it, the real support for POE 2 is peer-to-peer, and not official. But the problem is, if the issue is something like a bug that can’t be addressed through peer-to-peer help, you’re basically shit-out-of luck. Considering that we’re all basically play-testing the game for you, the least you could do is provide an adequate response to play-test feedback.
