Second Wind III Support now only recovers life if the supported skill actually consumes a cooldown use.

I just wanted to say that thank you GGG for bricking my build. I know you want everybody to play lightning arrow deadeye, but there were some people who still enjoyed off meta builds.

What happened to no middle league nerfs? This wasn't a bug, you just decided to change how it worked.

OLD:

Cannot support instant or triggered skills, or modify the skills of minions.

NEW:

"

Supports skills with cooldowns, giving them extra uses of that cooldown and causing them to recover your Life when a cooldown is consumed.
Cannot support instant or triggered skills, or modify the skills of minions.

I was playing with forge hammer and now my league is over, thanks again.
