Simulacrum cannot continue past Wave 14

Hello,
it would appear that the Simulacrum enemy from the previous wave has died but not been "killed". So now he is just standing there grunting loudly while I am unable to receive my rewards for that wave, nor continue onto the next wave. I did die a tremendous amount, and was also confused as to how many lives we are supposed to have in a 50 shard simulacrum as I've definitely died way more than the normal 5-6 times.

If there's anything else I can provide I will do what I can.
