Latency Failure

in POE-2 , lots of players including me experiencing a peak of latency while the internet runs fine without any problems.

in my case - so it started about a week ago while mapping in the endgame when suddenly i got stuck and after 5-10 sec got released and kept on for a while until got stuck again and ended up in the login screen , afterwards i started using the F1 bind that showed latency that went high for 10 sec , was about 10k/ms maybe higher after what it took me to login once again , i don't know how much often other people getting this but i get it a lot and today was the last straw! I can play this game like this.
This is worse than suffering!
Do you have a solution for this ?

It became worse after 0.3.1b patch, I could not move out of my hideout because of the lags cant join any instances or trade, please fix this ASAP...
