Unique Boots in poe2 such a shame

     we have so many great unique boots whit cool skills and stats and some have very cool design  
    its a shame nobody gonna use them because of low run speed =/ yea some people use Trampletoe Trimmed Greaves and the lighting boots for some time untill they get anoyyed by the slow run speed and change to a 35+move speed boots whit 2 x sockets for 5 move speed ea and + a 100% of socketed effect of runes... such a shame Designers worked so much invested a ton of time and sweat to create all those cool boots and the player picks them up from the ground " oh thats cool effect/skill those boots have ...oh ...15-20 move speed ,well -go to my unique collation Tab buddy to chill whit the other unique boots " devs keep the old unique boots as they are ,great for leveling add the same copy of unique boots for high lvls whit high stats suitble for End game for example Legionstride Rough Greaves unique boots old stats: (50–80)% increased Armour +(30–50) to Stun Threshold -10 Physical damage taken from Projectile Attacks +10% to Block chance and then for lvl 80 i lvl 80+ new stats for the same boots Legionstride Rough Greaves unique boots 30% movement speed (50–100)% increased Armour +(50–100) to Stun Threshold -20 Physical damage taken from Projectile Attacks +20% to Block chance and then exaptational version of those boots will be Legionstride Rough Greaves unique boots 35% movement speed (50–120)% increased Armour +(50–120) to Stun Threshold -20 Physical damage taken from Projectile Attacks +20% to Block chance this is just an example , in my opinion this could be very cool and this kind of "implication" can be used for all low lvl unique aswell not only boots otherwise there are plenty of cool uniques in poe2 that NOBODY will ever use . why would anyone use rare boots over unique boots? rare boots can have 3 sockets whit 35% and 100% effects of socketed runes which will keep rare boots faster by a mile from unique boots .      Yeah there already was a nice suggestion to have movespeed implicit into boots bases instead item mod.

     Yea, upgradeable uniques just-like-in-diablo-2 would also be neat. But its hard to balance i guess.

     I suspect that unique items are bad on purpose. Like maybe the point is to give something for players to try to make a build around, but never make them good enough for actual endgame builds?

     I think they have to toe a certain line with uniques. There are some great ones, and a lot are shit. Some good for leveling. Some only really viable with a solid endgame build to utilize their niche effect.  
    
    
I'm guessing they have to have a certain amount of bad (less desirable) uniques just so they could boost the drop rate and not have 50% of player wiping the floor with top-tier unique gear. I still love it every time a unique drops, even though I know it's mostly likely junk. I do agree though. If unique boots specifically have any potential for use they need to have good move speed. After like, act 3 I don't even look at a pair of boots if it doesn't have 30/35 move speed.  |

they need their "light radius" mods to fucking brick your items so you have to farm/spend more money to do it all over again. cuz it adds to the tedium of this game. because the game isnt tedius enough for these devs. god knows fuckin why  |
