I've found a bug in the game

Hello! I have something in the game to report. Deadeye's Preemptive Shot SkillThe skills for the weapon are usable when it's in Backpack 1, but become unavailable when switching to Backpack 2. The skills already inserted in the skill slots haven't changed. Thank you.
