are strongboxes nodes bugged ?

Ive noticed the mods " increase chance for strongboxes in your maps" seem to not be working.

+1. I took all the nodes, took cartographer strongbox node and didn´t seen any cartographer strongbox for 3 days. I´m getting more shrines which I have almost no points in than strongboxes.

"100% increased chance of Strongboxes" does NOT mean a guaranteed Strongbox. You increase the base chance.
If the base chance is say 8% it will then be 16%. |

I ran maps with +400 chance and got exactly one each map and that was from the +1 tablet. There was more of them in 3,0 even in easy maps. How is it possible that I get 3 shrines which I have 2 points in and 1 strongbox?
