Gear gone from inventory after patch 0.3.b

Before the patch went out I just crafted an ancestral tiara, it was the last item added to my character inventory and just before the patch I was looking at the passive skill tree about to respec so it could be worn. After the patch it was not there any more. Dissapearing items sometimes reappear after logout and log back in again but sadly this was not one of those times and it's definitely gone.
