Jarngeipr - Quarterstaff

The gloves jarngeipr is supposed to work so i would not need dex nor int to use the quarterstaff skills. But i've encounted some issues/bugs

1: I can't upgrade skills since it says i'm lacking dex which should not matter due to the gloves. I can use the skill though when i craft it with a gem. But it leaves me unable to upgrade a 6 socket skill gems with plus quality

2: Charged staff, Freezing Mark and Mantra of Destruction can't be used even though its tag is attack (Mark and Mantra i sorta get due to its lacking melee tag) but both charged staff and mantra requires a quarterstaff which is a MELEE weapon

kind of kills the point of those gloves since they can't be used with bows and there are 3 melee weapons atm and 2 of them are str weapons
