Freythorn ritual offering items that cant be bought.

I guess this is just bad luck with how it generates, that it can block useful items, but it seems a bit weird.

I got offered an alch for 1800+ when the entire amount I have is about 800. Without deferral option, unless there is a way to get more mobs, like kiting them into the areas, seems like just a bad outcome.

I don't remember seeing this happen with ritual alters in act2 of POE1 since they were added. I haven't cleared them a lot, perhaps it is possible to get a high level currency that can not be deferred at that point in the game, but I haven't noticed, it's usually things you can buy, if you clear all the alters.

Not a big issue, perhaps I am missing something, like it is possible to get that much if you clear the one in Hunting grounds as well. I'm not familiar with POE2 ritual. However if it is not possible to get, maybe they should be taken out of the pool at that point. I guess it shows players what is possible, but if it doesn't spawn in the rest of the campaign and there is no deferring, it's not useful in anyway and actually a detrimental outcome.
