Molten Vault + Nexus Bug (poe2)

My required waystone to use was 3+ for my next nexus. I used a tier 11 Waystone that was rare to be able to access the map. defeated the molten vault boss and no Nexus boss appeared, and surrounding maps became cleansed. there weren't any dialogue options from dora and my "complete a tier 3+ nexus" quest still remains.

not sure if this is enough details but hopefully this helps with solving it.

(for clarification) I've been playing with friends in their maps and haven't worked on my own, which is why my nexus waystone level requirement is so low.
