Vaal City Map Boss - Stuck inside Guards

GGG, I got stuck in this boss fight (T14 mapping) when the guards on the perimeter closed in. I got trapped between 2 of them and can not move out of it. I have tried to dodge and Escape Shot flip out of it and cannot release. I also cannot make damage on the guards or the Boss while being stuck. Since I am stuck in this boss fight, I cannot respawn to the closest checkpoint to restart. The only thing I can do is exit game and wait for the map to close (15 minute no activity cooldown reset).
