Seismic Cry + Second Wind 3 + Warcaller's Bellow stopped recovering life

Warcaller's Bellow has the modifier "Ignore Warcry Cooldowns".
Patch 0.3.1b changed Second Wind 3 to only recover Life if the skill use consumes a cooldown use. |

So warbringer got useless again and my investments on this build got trashed GGG should fix the keyword "ignore" for "don't have cooldowns" |

Skill Tree Passive "Urgent Call" could get a little buffed so the seismic cry build don't die...
