What Is This Build?
I like the effect of shattering enemies, so I created this Glacierweaver. This is a very cold Stormweaver build with high freeze buildup, strong shock magnitude, and heavy cold damage through lightning skills.
The goal is to instantly freeze and shatter enemies, taking advantage of all the extra effects that apply to frozen enemies, even T3 Uber bosses can be frozen quickly.

How Does This Build Work?
You use Embitter Support on your main DPS skill. This converts all “Gain % Extra” damage into cold damage, massively boosting cold scaling.
However, that alone isn’t enough to instantly freeze T3 Uber bosses. To push it further, you use Call of the Brotherhood Topaz Ring to convert all lightning damage into cold damage and it gives you 30% increased Freeze Buildup also.

Two major damage sources in this build are Archmage and Mana Tempest, both of them come with a high mana cost and Gain % lightning damage. To handle this, use Lifetap or Atalui’s Bloodletting support gems to convert the mana cost into life cost.(Atalui’s Bloodletting also grants “Gain % Extra Physical Damage per 10 Life Cost.”)

For life regeneration, you’ll need Sacrifice of Blood from Undying Hate Timeless Jewel (Tecrod) and Zealot’s Oath passive skill to apply life regeneration to Energy Shield.
