After Patch 0.3.1b Plunder's Point is empty

I had just unlocked/first visited this zone before the patch. Looked around, experimented with placing some of the charges, but I didn't complete charge placement, or set off the charges. I just logged off, and waited for the patch.

When I logged back in, the whole island is now empty. I even went back to town, traveled to a different zone and set a different portal.. but that zone is still just completely empty.

This issue seemed to have rectified itself after being logged off overnight.
