I Lost Skillpoints after full refund.

I have a little Problem wich i couldnt fix after researching the Internet, it is a known bug.

So i was going for a full respecc, as i clicked "refund all" my game began to stutter and endet up with 8 passives who where still located. I was fine with it because they where at the start of my tree, and i needet 4 of them. And when i was done with reallocating my Points they didnt end up correctly.

I Planned my respec with path of building so i imported my Character and saved him. I didnt Changed anything on the Import because i wanted to Compare afterwards. So my Import and my Respec had 126 Points.

So because i had no gold left i farmed the money for another full respecc, but it still misses the 4 Points. Is there some kind of Gamemaster who can fix this?
