End Game the Jade Isles boss Bug

When trying to complete the Jade Isles map (still had 2 tries), and after killing the 1st phase of the boss, he has frozen when transformed and it didn't leave the house to the 2nd phase fight. I also wasn't able to move nor fire.
Ended up selecting the only option which was leaving the game and when returned, map shows as failed.
