Market unavailable after campaign done

I'v always had market panel (/) even still were not able to use it for itemilization, even after Act 4 done and claim hideout were never able to use it.. neither got market by the hideout. Now done with the interlude and being on endgame got no market by the hideout still and the market panel option (/) did disappear for some reason or somehow? Help pls!
