Trail of Sekhemas and Trail of Chaos server lag

Whenever I map, I have 0 lagspikes. But whenever I try to do any trials, they lag randomly. Some are run murdering where I lag so much I will literally suddenly go into super speed and die. Obviously you have some issue with the servers handling the trials.

Please fix so I can stop having the worst experiences fighting the last boss only to get lagspikes that either entirely kill me, or mess with my flow so much it causes me to make mistakes because I am stressing over lagspikes that may occur.

Pausing and waiting them out does not work. After unpausing I will get random lagspikes.

I am not describing FPS issues, I am describing connectivity, just to be clear.
