Can’t purchase anything in the Microtransactions

Every time I try to purchase anything in Microtransactions, it’s tells me “you don’t have access to Poe 2” or “the item you’re looking for is unavailable. it might be for sale yet, or might no longer be for sale.” I’m on console (PS5) not sure what’s going on with that, you guys are losing out on some money. I was invited and giving a free key code by you guys. Please look into it and fix it
